Our design process starts with an in-person meeting at your home to walk-through each space and discuss preferences. We then start designing — developing space plans, elevations, selecting furnishings, materials, and every detail in between. We collaborate closely with you, involving you in the decision-making process from start to finish.
Design Planning
With an in-depth understanding of your needs, we create floor plans, elevations, select hard surfaces, furnishings, lighting, artwork, and other details. We review designs with you in-person, edit, and price out each item needed to bring the design to life.
Design work takes place from our studio in Seattle and we come out to meet you in-person initially, for site visits, and then again for the install.
The Process
From conceptualizing designs, to collaborating with craftsmen to bring a vision to life, we manage every detail in the design of a home.
We procure all approved items and coordinate their transit to your home, keeping you updated along the way. We use a project management tool with specifications of each product, its shipment status, pricing and other details.
For projects involving construction, we schedule site visits periodically to check-in on the progress and ensure designs are coming to life as planned.
The Result
The culmination of months of planning, over a few days, movers will bring in furniture and we style each surface in the room to bring the design to life. We’ll walk you into your newly transformed space and hope you instantly feel at home.

Consultations
These sessions start with a complimentary 20-minute phone call to discuss your design needs, wants and style. We then meet, either in-person or virtually, to talk through any question or problem you’re looking to solve. Whether it’s discussing a layout for furniture in a room or selecting the right paint color, these sessions are designed to leave you with a list of to-do’s to tackle on your own. Our hourly rate for consultations is $225, with a 2-hour minimum.
